Refunds & Cancellations
- The policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return is required a receipt or proof of purchase.
Before you return the product, contact me via email at email@example.com or via Whatsapp sending me the pictures.
Remember: I can only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If the item gets damaged while shipping you can get a new item or a full refund. Simply contact me via email or WhatsApp.
Partial refunds are only made if :
- Any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to my error.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I’ve received your returned item and your full refund will be processed. The shipping cost to send the not wanted item back, will be covered by me.
